Everyone is looking for a formula for success, but no one really knows what exactly that looks like. It could be argued, however, that it’s probably the exact opposite of the formula that led to the formation of Slipknot: 9 guys from the Midwest wearing jumpsuits and creepy masks while screaming and beating on empty beer kegs on stage. And yet 20 years after their initial formation the band is bigger than ever- a feat which surprises lead singer Corey Taylor more than anyone.
The band has recently decided to take a break for a few years and work on their individual projects, but not before heading out on the Summer’s Last Stand tour to give fans one last chance to catch them before their hibernation begins.
