This red-hot new wave sex-rock hula-hoop band of gender progressives started off with humble beginnings as a one-man bedroom rock band. Their most recent incarnation with the full band lineup began in 2009 and ran until their hiatus beginning in 2012. I’d love to see these guys come back.
On a side note, this was one of the most difficult live shoots of my life, as it was in a dark little club with a stage lit by 3 incandescent light bulbs. And then it flooded completely due to a massive thunderstorm. I’ll never forget it, that’s for sure.
