Rising to stardom as the lead vocalist and guitarist for the alternative rock group Staind, Aaron Lewis has ventured out on his own, away from the rock scene in and into country. The fruits of his labors show in his nominations for for CMT’s 2011 “Breakthrough Video of The Year” awards for the track “Country Boy.” Following that, he released his first full-length studio album titled “The Road.”
