Out of the ashes of disbanded local favorite chick rock band Neon Love Life comes something completely different. Founded by NLL lead Lindsay Manfredi, Kaleidostars is most certainly a rabid horse of a different color. Featuring Eric Klee Johnson on bass, Marc Johnson on guitar, and Tony Medeiros on drums, Kaleidostars is an alternative rock powerhouse, and something sorely needed on the local Indy music scene. Fusing a straight-up hard alternative pop-rock sound with a faint undertones of that punk attitude that Lindsay has been cultivating for nearly a decade, you’re not going to be satisfied with short little thirty-minute opening sets. Already receiving regular airplay on our local major alternative radio station, be looking out for their first full-length album and headlining shows in the very near future.
