The Darkness

Read the show review by Caitlin Perez here!

The Darkness crash-landed onto the rock scene in 2000 like a glitter-soaked meteor, reviving glam and hard rock with falsetto wails, spandex swagger, and tongue-in-cheek bravado. Fronted by the electrifying Justin Hawkins, their breakout hit “I Believe in a Thing Called Love” made air guitars cool again. Equal parts theatrical and thunderous, The Darkness blend Queen-esque flair with stadium-sized riffs—rocking with a wink, a scream, and a wild leap off the amp stack.
